“Originally took my car t o be repaired at Balise Auto Body in Springfield, MA They were going to charge me almost $1,000.00 to fix a small scratched back bumper and they needed two days to fix it. I thought that the price was a bit high. I was paying out of pocket so I would have to pay for a car rental myself. After leaving Balise, I remember seeing Miranda's Auto Body around the corner. when I showed the owner, Ricardo the scratch, he said that he'll take care of it. He charged me less than half of what Balise quoted me. When I went to pick up my car later that day, I was amazed at the results. My bumper looks like a brand new bumper. You can NEVER tell that a scratch was there ever. They did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone that needs body repairs on the vehicle.”
